What’s in a name?

Pronounced IN*QUEST, INKWEST is an ever evolving concept centered around the elements of creativity and the influences of creative individuals. Each letter in INKWEST stands for a principle element: Inspiration, Necessity, Knowledge, Wisdom, Effort, Skill, Talent.

All of theses elements can be found within a particular individual and maximized to turn potential into actuality.

With this in mind it was originally intended to use INKWEST as a rallying point for creatives to gather & begin developing their dream projects. That is still a part of the plan, however, it’s best to keep things very simple.

What happened to the old site?

What used to be on this site was a wealth of knowledge not frequently updated & moderately organized. It had proven difficult to recruit willing participants & thanks to an unstable economy, eventually focus had to be turned toward a services component that was intended to be developed at a later stage.
In an effort to go with the flow of things and take full advantage of the opportunities these new set of circumstances delivered, the site was shut down to start the process of stripping down the site to its base form, a blog with resources for both fellow creatives & potential clients & a means to keep the artist running the show gainfully employed.

Will there ever be the idea house for dream projects to develop?

With time, yes. The beginnings of this can be found within Wear Wolf Apparel, this clothing was developed & launched as one of the dream projects intended to be supported by INKWEST. It will continue to operate in a similar nature along with related projects that will provide opportunity for other entrepreneurs to find resources to start their own brands.

Moving forward.

There is only so much time to tend to this site, so much of the updates in batches as frequently as possible. Because the focus is on attracting clients, more information about personal and professional projects will be posted. The resources will be centered around useful information used to develop projects & answer possible questions of peers & customers.
